Shamil used creative advertising techniques and lots of persistence to sell my condo in a tough market. The photos and video to advertise the property were done professionally and generated a great deal of interest. Shamil provided a lot of guidance in determining the right price point for the sale, based on market value and overall activity in the area, in order to stay competitive. Once a buyer was lined up, he used his strong negotiation skills to close the deal and maximized the value of the sale.

"Selling a home can be very stressful, this is why having an experienced, patient, informative, competitive and strategic real estate agent is the key to success. Shamil was all of those things and more. From the very get go he exhibited his professionalism and experience as he took the time in explaining the selling process, did an accurate market comparable, got our house on the market in a timely fashion all without compromising the professional photos, video, and coloured graphically designed feature sheets.
He marketed our home in all of the traditional ways but also used social media to our selling advantage with constant advertising/updates/photos. He always followed up in a timely manner with detailed and valuable feedback after open houses and showings. He also kept us informed on what was happening in the market, new homes for sale or sold in our area within our category. His lines of communication were always open day or night and he happily accommodated our busy work/life schedule, especially with two young children at home. It did take some time to sell as expected but not only did Shamil get me multiple offers which was impressive but he went above and beyond the role of a Realtor from the beginning. He personally helped me move furniture into storage and made sure my home was ready to show to buyers. I am extremely happy with his process, his professionalism and his due diligence. We spent a little over 2 months searching the web every chance we had and booking appointments, only to be disappointed by the lack of responses and just plain rudeness of some of the sales people we encountered. On behalf of the Sens Foundation and Roger’s House, I want to thank you for the amazing service you provided us with the Lamb Estate Project.
As you know, Roger’s House counts on the Sens Foundation for almost 30 percent of its annual operating budget. A gift such as the one left to Roger’s House doesn’t happen very often so it was imperative that we did things right to maximize the win fall.
Your support in selling the estate home was the key to ensuring that Roger’s House and the children that count on its services would be the big winners. Everything from your marketing plan for the home to the final negotiations with the potential buyers was top notch. In the end, the selling price was exactly what we hoped, and planned given the renovation steps etc., that it would be.
